Also called the Jazz in some parts of the world, the first of the Honda Fit generations arrived in the US years after the fact, only settling as a 2007 model amid high fuel prices. It was small, buzzy, and lightweight, but its thrifty fuel consumption, superb space utilization, and Magic Seats in the back endeared it to owners. It was on the market for only two model years when the redesign of the Honda Fit made its appearance as a 2009 model with a slightly bigger body, better comfort and refinement, and a slightly more powerful engine. That was the second of the Honda Fit generations. The third generation was roomier and better equipped, but not everybody liked the more toy-like styling with the sharp side crease. It would be the last Fit sold in the US.

The facelift of the Fit improved the car, but did not warrant enough interest to prompt a replacement, so Honda let it be.

GM's mass-market diesel engine has seen many variations, but these three stand out as the best.

With the manual transmission being out in favor of automatics, what is the last car to still offer a five-speed transmission and three pedals?

Unsurprisingly, there are a lot of them.

It's based on an SUV that was also once a Jeep lookalike.

The Ram HD is the everyday truck - it's big in every way that it needs to be.

Toyota's GR86 is currently selling at more than twice the rate of the Mazda MX-5 Miata, despite costing more.
